Lateral Cut Breakout

A breakout that starts with the goalie and uses lateral cuts to get open over the blue lines. The defender swings behind the net and the goalie throws her the ring. She carries up to the free-play line and passes over the blue line to the first forward, who cuts across the ice just past the line. That forward carries through the neutral zone and passes over the far blue line to the second forward, who cuts across from centre, carries in and shoots. The first forward drives the net. Run it from both ends, one side at a time.
