Do I need a credit card to start for free?
No. The Free plan requires no payment information. You can build drills, browse the library, and share links immediately — no strings attached.
What happens to my drills if I downgrade?
Your drills are never deleted. If you downgrade from Coach to Free, you can still view all your existing drills. You just won't be able to save new ones beyond the 5-drill limit until you upgrade again.
Can I share drills with coaches who don't have an account?
Yes. Share links work for anyone — no account needed to view or even open the drill in the builder. It's one of the features coaches love most about DrillFlow.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. When you first subscribe to Coach or Program, you get a 14-day full-featured trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and won't be charged.
Does the Program plan include multiple sports?
DrillFlow currently focuses on hockey (NHL-spec rink). Multi-sport support (lacrosse, ringette, ball hockey) is on the roadmap. All plans will receive sport updates at no additional cost.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. Cancel any time from your account settings — no hoops, no retention flows. You'll keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
