PK Box Rotation

Teaches a four-player penalty kill to move as one box. Five players set up a power play and move the puck around the outside: point to half wall and back, D to D, over to the other half wall, who puts it right back for a point shot. The killers react to every pass: the forward on the puck side pressures the half wall while the other forward takes away the middle, the defence protect the low play and the net front, and on the point shot a forward gets into the shooting lane. Start at walking pace so the killers learn where to be, then let the power play move it at game speed and try to score.
