DrillFlow Terms of Service

1. Free Trial & Subscriptions
- New users receive a 14-day free trial of the Coach Pro plan with full access to all paid features.
- After the trial ends, you will be charged the stated subscription price unless you cancel before the trial period concludes.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing months.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.
2. No Liability for Injuries or Coaching Decisions
DrillFlow provides tactical drill diagrams, animations, and planning tools only. The Service does not constitute medical, coaching, or safety advice of any kind.
We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur while running drills created with or inspired by our Service.
Users are fully responsible for:
- Ensuring all drills are safe and appropriate for their players' age, skill level, and physical condition.
- Providing proper supervision and qualified coaching instruction during all on-ice or off-ice activities.
- Following best safety practices in hockey and adhering to the policies of their governing association.
DrillFlow does not provide medical, coaching, or safety advice. All drills should be evaluated and approved by qualified coaches before implementation.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify DrillFlow immediately at DrillFlowca@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Intellectual Property
- You retain full ownership of the drills and content you create using the Service.
- By using the Service, you grant DrillFlow a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and (if you choose to publish or share) showcase your drills within the platform.
- The DrillFlow platform, design, codebase, branding, and built-in drill library are owned by DrillFlow and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service to create, store, or distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Service.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service without express written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DrillFlow and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall DrillFlow's aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of the amounts you have paid to DrillFlow in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
