By accessing or using DrillFlow.ca, including our drill builder, animation tools, and related services (collectively the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur while running drills created with or inspired by our Service.

DrillFlow does not provide medical, coaching, or safety advice. All drills should be evaluated and approved by qualified coaches before implementation.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DrillFlow and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall DrillFlow's aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of the amounts you have paid to DrillFlow in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
